Return Eligibility
- You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Returns are not accepted for innerwear, jewellery, or items bought during special clearance sales or discount offers.
- To ensure smooth processing, please include your order ID, name, and contact number when requesting a return.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@pehnopanti.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and arrange a pickup or return shipping (depending on your location).
- Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 business days after product verification.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided through bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong product.
Exchange Policy
We currently allow exchanges for the same product in a different size (subject to stock availability).
If the desired size is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear product photos.
We will arrange a quick replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
- After dispatch, cancellations will be treated as returns, and return charges may apply.
